Advanced Garage Door Services

I push the wall button, but my garage door won't open.

There could be a few different solutions associated with this scenario:

1. The spring that is directly above you garage door is broken and needs to be replaced. Please call a professional and they can usually fix the problem the same day you call in.

2. The gear inside the motor has stripped out and needs to be replaced. Homeowners can replace the motor themselves, but may call us for same-day replacement.

3. Check the wiring from behind the wall button to the motor to insure there is not a
shorted-out wire.

My door shuts only a foot or so and then opens up again. What is wrong?

This is a seasonal problem that generally occurs in winter. When it gets cold and wet, the wood jambs around your garage door will expand which causes the door to be too tight when closing. When too much pressure is applied to the motor, the “force control” within your motor will reverse the door.

Advanced Floor Systems

General Care and Maintenance Instructions

Advanced Floor Systems demonstrate superior resistance to wear and abrasion, and are designed to produce long-term, seamless floor protection resistant to wear, chemical attack, and dirt penetration. Advanced Floor Systems can be maintained with routine cleaning programs similar to any good-housekeeping procedures.

Sweeping daily prevents damage to the finish from the grinding effect of abrasive particles common to work areas.

Mopping weekly should be done with a clean polyester mop and clear, clean water with soft detergents or soap, and thoroughly rinsed.

Grease and other contamination should be removed promptly; greasy deposits are best attacked with Tn-sodium phosphate or a commonly available biodegradable solvent.

Advanced Storage Solutions

General Care and Maintenance Instructions

Advanced Storage Solutions are designed to be strong and durable with a high-end aesthetic appeal. The wall system is built out of PVC, which provides long-lasting durability and low maintenance. If cleaning is needed, spray with a low pressure hose and use a soft non-abrasive soap and thoroughly rinse. Wipe away all dust and contaminants that are commonly found in work areas.

Because your cabinets are made from high impact resin, durable ¾" thermofused melamine with 3mm PVC banding on doors and drawers, or European leveling legs, they protect your belongings from water damage.
